Terms of Service

Last updated July 27, 2026

Plain version: a parent opens the account and stays responsible for it. The child’s work belongs to the family. The service is currently free while we are in trial. Be kind, don’t break it, and we’ll do our best to keep it running well.

1Who may use this service

An account may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The parent creates the child’s profile, gives consent, and is responsible for how the account is used.

A child uses the service under their parent’s supervision. Sign-in credentials, including the child’s PIN, must not be shared outside the family.

2What the service is

Cyber Classroom AI is a learning tool. A child studies a topic and then explains it back to an AI study partner, which assesses how clearly they explained it and gives feedback. Teachers may run live classes and assign topics.

It is an educational aid, not a substitute for school, and it does not award academic credit or issue accredited qualifications.

3Cost

The service is currently provided free of charge during the trial period. If we introduce charges we will tell the parent in advance, and no charge will ever be taken without a separate, explicit action by the parent.

4Your child’s work belongs to your family

Everything the child writes, records, or draws remains theirs. We store it so the child and parent can see progress over time, and so the teaching team can help. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train external AI models.

You can ask us to delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service to harass, bully, or harm anyone, including other students in a live class.
  • Don’t upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or inappropriate for a classroom with children in it.
  • Don’t attempt to access another family’s data, break the service, or bypass its security.
  • Don’t record, copy, or redistribute a live class or another child’s image or voice.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If it involves a child’s safety, we will act immediately.

6Live classes

A teacher may record a class for internal teaching review. Because a recording contains every child present, recordings are never distributed to individual parents. A teacher may also view a student’s screen during a session; the child always sees a visible notice while this is happening.

7Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you receive, we will tell you.

8Ending your account

You may close the account at any time by emailing support@cyberclassroomai.com. We will delete the child’s profile and learning records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaches section 5.

9Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the service operator is established. Nothing here removes rights a parent or child has under the consumer or data-protection law of the country they live in.
